The Final bloodbath is a FPS Level Design in Doom (2016) Snap-map editor, focusing on single player shooter campaign & environment storytelling while retaining Doom's mechanics.

Overview

Signs of demon invasion & First puzzle encounter.

Level was build around the Doom's story-line. After killing every demon & minion who dared to stop Doom Marine (You) from reaching the Demon King, He comes face to face with him. But the king is scared and running for his life. Chase him down and end his reign once and for all.

 

An Action packed, Fast Paced level designed to give the player power & adrenaline rush.

Objectives & Intentions -​

  • Action packed fast paced shooting experience Doom players.

  • Less breathing time between combats.

  • Minimal puzzle solving. (Eg. - find two keys to open door).

  • Tighter & faster boss battles.

  • Providing Adrenaline rush and feeling of power.

  • Reverse Horror (Player hunting the demons).

  • Main objectives - Hunt the demon king & kill his minions along the way.

  • Side objectives - Destroy gore nests.
